Our children enjoyed watching a production of The Selfish Giant this week, based on Oscar Wilde's classic novel. It was great to see some of our children joining in with the performance! Thank you to Image Musical Theatre for a wonderful experience!
Well done to all our runners who took part in the first cross-country competition of the new season. We had some great performances, including first, second and fourth place!
We learnt such a lot when the Life Education team visited our school. Activities included learning about ourselves, our feelings and making decisions. It was great to meet Harold the giraffe again!
Our Macmillan Coffee Morning raised over £220! Thank you to everyone who took part in supporting such a worthwhile cause.
Our Kingfishers children had an amazing time when they visited Mount Cook, Derbyshire, for a week-long residential. Activities included archery, zip-line, Via Ferrata, climbing and high ropes. It was incredible to see the resilience and team work that our pupils demonstrated throughout this unforgettable week!
Our Reception children had a lovely time walking along the Snarestone Canal.
What an amazing day we had when the National Festival Circus visited our school! It was a fun-packed show that everyone will remember for years to come. Thank you so much to FOSS for their hard work putting this together.
Our Herons and Kingfishers children had an amazing time making their very own ukuleles out of a margarine tub, wood and fishing wire. They then performed a concert to the rest of the school and parents!
We are so proud of how well our new Reception children have started school!
