Snarestone C of E Primary School Raises Over £220 at Macmillan Coffee Morning

Snarestone Church of England Primary School recently hosted their annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, and it was a resounding success! The event brought together students, staff, families, and members of the wider community for a morning of delicious bakes, steaming cups of tea and coffee, and plenty of friendly conversation.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended and contributed, the school raised over £220 for Macmillan Cancer Support – a charity that provides vital services to people living with cancer and their families.
Mr Tim Jewitt, Headteacher, said:
“We are incredibly proud of how our school and local community came together to support such a worthy cause. The atmosphere was full of kindness and positivity, and it was lovely to see everyone enjoying a cuppa while raising money for Macmillan. Events like this really show the strength of community spirit here at Snarestone.”
Snarestone C of E Primary School would like to thank everyone who baked, donated, and joined in to make the event such a success.
